Individual Sessions

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

• More than 24 hours notice: Full reschedule or refund.

• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at therapist discretion.

• No-show appointments are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for refund.

 

Therapy Packages

Package purchases are refundable only before the first session has been completed.

Once a package has begun, refunds may be issued only for unused sessions, subject to administrative deductions and at the discretion of AUMI Yoga Therapy.

Therapist Cancellation

If AUMI Yoga Therapy needs to cancel a session:

• The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• A full refund will be provided upon request if rescheduling is not suitable.

 

Technical Issues

For online sessions affected by significant internet or technical disruptions, the session may be rescheduled or extended where appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests related to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed individually and handled with fairness and understanding whenever possible.
